OVERALL SUMMARY The function is responsible for fulfilling all Charter Party requirements for spot voyages and time charter fixtures, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation as a 'Shipper of Choice,' while controlling voyage-related expenses within acceptable levels. 2.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 2.1. Monitor vessel movements and update operational systems accordingly. 2.2. Review and respond to vessel-related communications, taking timely action. 2.3. Manage voyage documentation and correspondence throughout the charter lifecycle. 2.4. Coordinate with Superintendents, Commercial, Brokers, Agents & Vendors, and Masters to ensure smooth voyage execution. 2.5. Appoint agents, arrange timely remittance, and oversee service providers as needed. 2.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations, 2.7.
