Job Description
Job Purpose
The Executive, Procurement is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for retail malls and asset management portfolios, covering both technical procurement (M&E, fit-out, and building services) and marketing and advertising related procurement. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing while supporting operational efficiency and asset value optimisation. Responsibilities Procurement Operations
Execute end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, tender coordination, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract administration.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval limits, and governance requirements. Technical Procurement
Handle procurement for technical works including M&E services, building maintenance, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
Review and understand technical scopes, drawings, specifications, and BOQs in collaboration with Engineering and Project teams.
