Job Title: Executive Producer Job Description: Own studio operating rhythm, revenue growth, client confidence, and end-to-end production execution across dynamic Ad Industry, Movies and episodic animation environments. Roles & Responsibilities: Commercial Mode: Lead client introductions and relationships from first meeting to closure. Own proposal strategy, scope shaping, pricing, and margin alignment. Drive negotiations, conversions, account growth, and long-term partnerships. Production Mode: Own team allocation, production planning, and delivery governance. Manage risks, feedback loops, vendor empanelment, and quality execution across concurrent projects. Operating System Mode: Build SOPs and scalable execution frameworks. Drive resource forecasting, capacity planning, reporting, hiring signals, and cross-project governance.
