1. AI Implementation & Adoption Support the rollout and use of AI tools (e.g.GovTech apps) in the department Identify suitable use cases to enhance productivity (e.g. drafting, summarisation, data processing) Assist staff in integrating AI tools into current workflows 2. Process Improvement & Automation Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for use of automation/AI tools Support development of automations (e.g.workflows, templates, trackers) Work with stakeholders to pilot and refine solutions 3. Data Management & Insights Consolidate and analyse data from surveys, CCA data, etc Support development of Power BI dashboards and reports Generate insights to support planning and decision-making 4.
