Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor lease renewals for existing retail stores.
- Ensure renewal letters and tenancy agreements are executed within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare renewal notices, confirmation letters, and related documentation.
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords on matters relating to lease renewals, store closures, change of ownership, operational and tenancy-related issues.
- Maintain effective relationships with landlords to facilitate smooth negotiations and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to review, negotiate, and finalize tenancy terms and conditions with landlords.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on rental payments, security deposits, and other tenancy-related charges.
