Executive Quantity Surveyor, M&E

AECOM is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) QS team. The role includes handling pre‑ and post‑contract activities such as cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, variation assessment, and payment evaluations for MEP works. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with building regulations. Other responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings and contractor proposals, preparing contract documents, attending site meetings, and maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
