We are looking for a candidate in Research & Development based at Greater Noida.

Role Purpose

To support product innovation, renovation, and commercialization initiatives by developing high-quality, consumer-focused food products that meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing capabilities. The role is responsible for executing product development projects, supporting plant trials, ensuring product consistency, and driving continuous improvement through technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Commercialization

• Support end-to-end new product development from concept to commercial launch.
• Develop formulations, conduct laboratory and plant trials, and validate product performance.
• Assist in scaling up products from pilot stage to commercial production.
