Executive / Senior Executive, Major Claims

Responsibilities

• Process and assess Major (Death, CI, TPD, Waiver claim) end to end.
• Identify and flag potential suspected fraud/non-disclosure while assessing cases.
• Complete the end-to-end task within the Turn Around Time given accurately.
• Liaise with intermediaries in work process.
• Draft and send correspondence letters independently.
• Constantly look for ways to improve the current process.
• Take part in UAT testing, new product set-up.
