Responsibilities

• Good business acumen and knowledge of the industry such as market trends, customer’s business plan, competition and provide market reports and feedback to the management.
• Key communication and contact windows to customer in all matters related to business and commercial.
• Coordinate and communicate inter departments to meet customer requirements and expectations. With accurate information and timely respond to customers through establishing an effective communication skill.
• Attended to all RFQs activities and ensure timely submission and quote win.
• Responsible and coordinate of all NPIs or program transfer or Setup. Responsible for tracking and monitoring the program on track (APQP) and kick start on time.
