Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support across team functions including training, rewards & recognition, service excellence, and team member engagement initiatives.
- Support training administration, including tracking learning records and hours, generating reports, managing programme enrolments, and coordinating logistics.
- Track and monitor expenditures and inventories.
- Support procurement and logistics for events and initiatives, including sourcing vendors, raising purchase requests, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive team player who is adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
