Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide support across team functions including training, rewards & recognition, service excellence, and team member engagement initiatives.
  • Support training administration, including tracking learning records and hours, generating reports, managing programme enrolments, and coordinating logistics.
  • Track and monitor expenditures and inventories.
  • Support procurement and logistics for events and initiatives, including sourcing vendors, raising purchase requests, and ensuring timely delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
