Established in 2004, the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) is a private sector-led organisation that partners key stakeholders of the maritime industry and government agencies to foster public‑private collaboration, develop and promote Singapore as an International Maritime Centre (IMC), and build a maritime‑ready talent pool.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Industry Engagement Executive .

Conceptualize, develop and manage programs to meet needs of the maritime industry, particularly in the areas of talent and workforce development. Examples include taskforces, workgroups and projects in partnership with industry stakeholders.

Conceptualize, organize and evaluate platforms to engage maritime HR practitioners, particularly HR leaders.
