In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to guide daily kitchen operations, cultivate a cohesive and skilled culinary staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining a level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
Progressive career in Culinary gained in a 5-star luxury property or Michelin-starred restaurants, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
