**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an **Executive Sous Chef** for **Ingleside at Rock Creek** in **Washington, DC.** Thisupscalecontinuing care retirement community is located on 14-wooded and landscaped acres bordering Washington, DC's beautiful Rock Creek Park. Ideal candidate will have previous cooking and catering experience in either a restaurant, corporate or senior living setting. Ability to work a flexible hours, with a schedule of 11 am - 8 pm preferred.

**What You'll Do**

+ have oversight of food production; work collaboratively with the Executive Chef;
+ be hands-on, will cook daily (80%);
+ will train and mentor cooks;
+ deliver high quality food service while maintaining client and resident relationships;
+ ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
