Executive / Sr. Executive - Human Resource (Organisational Development)

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to join our Organisational Development (OD) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key people initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, enhance people performance and support talent growth across the Company.
As part of the dynamic and collaborative HR team, you will play an active role in implementing and continuously improving talent management, performance management , learning & development and employee engagement initiatives . You will work closely with stakeholders across various business functions, gaining valuable exposure while contributing to a high performing organisation.
