[What the role is]
As an Executive supporting the Examinations Division, you will play a key role in coordinating examination administration, providing essential divisional support, and managing examination fee-related matters.[What you will be working on]
Your work will involve coordinating examination operations through liaison with co-training partners and other divisions/colleges, and delivering customer service to stakeholders. This includes facilitating assessment results submissions and approvals, managing assessment processing for CET programmes, and handling correspondence and enquiries from co-training partners and other divisions/colleges. You will also be responsible for processing appeals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the relevant systems and SharePoint, alongside document management and archiving.
