Job Description
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across backend services and APIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate to L3 or development teams when needed.
- Manage and maintain Docker containers and Linux based environments.
- Support and debug Fast API based micro services and SQL queries.
- Handle deployment rollbacks, patching and configuration updates.
- Maintain and optimize Nginx configurations for routing and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure system reliability.
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
