What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaboration – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and beneficiaries, ensuring effective communication and oversight of client investment and tax issues while engaging external professionals as required.
• Trust & Estate Acumen – Oversee onboarding and account management, ensure compliance with governing documents, resolve operational and discretionary issues, and drive process improvements in administration.
• People Management – Supervise staff workflow, provide technical assistance, champion CIBC values, and apply policies and controls consistently.
