Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring correct quantities and item descriptions.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits, reconciling any inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage, loss, or quality deterioration.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and inform management about low inventory or replenishment requirements.
• Oversee the issuance and receipt of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy.
