Executive (Well-Being)

This role is part of MHA’s Civilian Generalist career track. Learn more: The Executive (Well-Being) will play a key role in shaping and enhancing staff well‑being initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Well-Being & Personnel) under the Staff Development Division, the job holder will be responsible for planning, conceptualising, implementing, and reviewing programmes that align with the Department’s vision and mission.

• Plans, proposes, implements, reviews, and evaluates the effectiveness of well‑being programmes. This includes monitoring demographic changes and staff profile to ascertain staff needs, as well as conducting surveys/focus group discussions and gathering staff feedback on well‑being matters. He/she also conducts audits and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures related to well‑being initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
