**Expeditor**
Responsible for ensuring business has the supplies and inventory it needs to function.
Their duties include communicating with suppliers about the status of supplies, problem-solving to reduce the impact of late shipments and submitting purchase orders to vendors.
**Responsibilities/ Skills.

- Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform to final users
- As required, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure that materials shipped and received are verified against pertinent documentation
- Responsible for the timely processing of expedited deliveries
- Follow up on late orders and confirm pending deliveries on open orders
- Shipments Analysis and Control per supplier.
