Job Description

Seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounts receivable and support financial reporting functions. Bring your skills to enhance accuracy in transactions and accounts in a dealership setting.
Reporting to the Controller, your primary duties will include overseeing billing processes and maintaining financial documentation. You’ll navigate complex transactions while supporting operations, sales, and accounts payable teams. An ability to work under tight deadlines and a keen focus on detail will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify compliance of invoices with sales contracts
• Perform data entry of incoming payments and allocate receipts
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding discrepancies
• Support the month-end close by providing timely financial statements
