Job Description
CRBR is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business, strengthen partnerships, and represent our brand in the community.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, closing opportunities, and being the face of a growing company in the restoration and construction industry.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong referral partner relationships
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, and events
- Manage and maintain CRM data, contacts, and sales pipeline
- Conduct direct sales, including emergency response opportunities
- Represent CRBR at community events, associations, and networking groups
- Support and maintain key company (house) accounts
- Track activity and maintain consistent follow-up with clients
- Collaborate with operations and production teams
