The Role
As an Event Duty Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol, ensuring seamless bar operations and strict compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. You will manage floor and bar staff, and serve as the main point of contact to ensure a safe, vibrant atmosphere for all guests.
