Experienced lawyer – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

We are looking to recruit an experienced lawyer to strengthen our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Your mission

You will be involved in all stages of litigation and dispute resolution proceedings and advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

• Contract disputes;

• Lease and property-related litigation (including construction disputes);

• Asset tracing and recovery;

• Enforcement proceedings;

• Insolvency-related litigation.

You will have significant responsibility for your matters while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers. Your work will also include:

• developing litigation strategies and preparing court submissions;

• representing clients before the Luxembourg courts;

• conducting legal research and monitoring legislative and regulatory developments;
