Medication Technicians serve as the vital link between nursing staff, residents, and families. Their observations and insights contribute to thoughtful care planning and timely interventions, directly impacting residents’ quality of life.
In addition to clinical skills, we need Medication Technicians who can lead by example by mentoring newer staff and fostering a culture of teamwork.
