Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and capture incoming parts deliveries accurately on TMS Teamwork
- Issue parts to technicians against active repair orders and job cards
- Maintain an organised, clean, and correctly labelled parts store at all times
- Process and manage parts orders using TMS Teamwork and Microsoft Office (Outlook)
- Liaise with parts suppliers, couriers, and assessors for procurement and returns
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as required
- Process credits, returns, and warranty claims on incorrect or damaged parts
- Ensure all parts documentation (delivery notes, invoices, job allocations) is filed correctly
- Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to workshop management promptly
- Support estimators and foremen with parts availability queries and lead times
