Experienced Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract & Estimating

Outsourced is looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in pre contract estimating, take offs, and measurements.

Exposure to residential or building construction, particularly with interior trades and materials like drywall/plasterboard and suspended ceilings, is required. Familiarity with tools such as On Screen Takeoffs (OST), Quick Bid, Planswift, or BlueBeam is preferred.
