This full-time role requires an energetic paralegal with at least six years of experience. You'll effectively interpret due diligence results, prepare title documents, and coordinate closing processes. Your knowledge of real estate law will be instrumental in providing high-quality legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and summarize due diligence search results
• Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Draft and register title documents in relevant agencies
