Wellington Regional Hospital provides specialist services to patients with cancer and haematological conditions across the sub-region (Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa). This role provides expert‑level clinical pharmacy leadership within the TCT service across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting complex patient care and optimising treatment outcomes.

This position plays a key leadership role in developing and implementing TCT‑specific pathways, protocols, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with national and international best practice and evidence‑based standards. The role also contributes to service development, quality improvement, and clinical innovation across the TCT service continuum.
