Job Overview

We are looking for a Department Head (Circle Lead) – Financial Risk to join the Risk Services leadership team. The role reports directly to the Head of Global Risk Services at ING Hubs Philippines. As a Department Head, you will lead and manage multiple teams delivering risk services to ING’s global business partners. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, market and credit risk reporting, analytical credit risk dashboards, limits and exposure management, and asset and liability management. In this role, you are accountable for driving high-quality service delivery, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall value of risk services.
