Job Description:
- Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
- Communicate with production and customers on order status, updates, and changes.
- Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
- Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
- Ensure export documents (LC, B/L, COO, etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
