Job Title: Export Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Contract: Permanent - Hybrid

What You'll Be Doing- Process export orders accurately from start to finish in line with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with business managers, customers, and internal teams to keep export activity moving smoothly.
- Support stock allocation and batch selection on a FIFO basis with supply chain colleagues.
- Collect, check, and prepare shipment documents based on destination and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and follow up on actions needed to meet operational KPIs.
- Share weekly updates on order status, issues, and priorities across the export workflow.
