Export & Import Executive

Key Responsibilities Ensure end-to-end logistics process flows remain on track from booking to delivery Manage and monitor multiple shipment progress and statuses in parallel Maintain accurate shipment trackers, schedules, and documentation records Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners Provide timely and structured status updates to all relevant stakeholders Identify potential risks or delays early and drive corrective actions Coordinate shipment consolidation, split shipments, and cargo adjustments when required Understand the basic technical aspects of products to support effective coordination and issue resolution Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows and tracking processes
