Export Strategy and Business Development Manager

Pay: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 CTC

60 percent fixed salary

40 percent variable components.

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager to increase our global market share, improve international profits, and create methodical procedures and ideas to attract and persuade international clients. The Candidate should possess demonstrated experience in mineral marketing and export, coupled with a deep understanding of mineral processing and a strong grasp of both domestic and international markets for Talc, China clay, Ball clay, Calcite, and Mica. This role requires the ability to create strategic initiatives to attract and engage international clients while effectively inspiring and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
