**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As a **PRN** Express Care Advanced Practitioner in Bardstown, KY, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, including preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and referring patients to specialists when necessary, essentially acting as the primary healthcare provider for individuals and families across the lifespan.

Every shift, you will apply your broad medical expertise to address a wide range of health concerns, fostering long-term relationships with your patients and guiding them through their healthcare journey.
