Express Of Interest: Contracts Manager_Singapore

Based at Client's Singapore Head Office, this role reports to the Senior Contracts Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region. As a trusted business partner, you will support delivery teams on commercial and contractual matters throughout the full lifecycle of data centre developments.

• Partner with delivery teams to provide guidance on commercial and contract‑related issues across APAC.
• Manage and resolve contract interpretation or dispute matters in a creative and balanced manner, while considering both parties’ objectives and long‑term outcomes.
• Support initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness in data centre delivery.
