Job Description

• To support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI
• To support ATP and ATEC and other OSATs

Responsibilities

• Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines
• On‑site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including
  • MPE cycle time
  • Lot Reject Rate

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities.
• At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing
• Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
• Familiar with Test Operation Flow
• Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus...
