Job Description
A luxury hotel in the Graskop region is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department as a business unit, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining profitability, driving service excellence, and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong operational and financial background in luxury hotels or lodges.

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience managing a Food & Beverage Department within a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel or lodge
- Minimum 10 years' experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- Matric essential; tertiary hospitality qualification advantageous
