Requirements:
- Fully qualified F&I Business Manager
- 5+ years' experience within the motor industry
- Proven track record in a franchised dealership environment
- Strong performance in finance, VAPS, warranties, and insurance penetration
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, target-driven dealership
