Responsible for planning and executing daily manufacturing operations that line up with tactical line directions to achieve quality output goals. Work with the Process Hazard Analysis team to provide potential by-product Characterizations and participate in site Hazard and Operability Studies as needed. Drive process improvements that enable aggressive yield curves. Jointly develop BKMs with sister sites and ensure processes are matched. Identify product matching and process alignment issues during all phases of product life and drive for solutions. Identify and reduce Chamber/Tool mismatches.
