Fab - Industrial Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering leader to drive factory capacity planning, productivity improvement, and long-term manufacturing growth within a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment. This role will lead capacity roadmap development, optimize fab performance, and partner closely with manufacturing and planning teams to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead factory capacity and productivity planning initiatives to support business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute capacity roadmaps, identifying future performance requirements and capital investment needs.
• Conduct capacity scenario analysis and drive gap‑closure actions against growth commitments.
