Fabrication Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize fabrication processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve fabrication issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Maintain production schedule, coordinating with related subcontractors and managing the manpower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in fabrication engineering within manufacturing or construction sectors.
• Experience in secondary steel fabrication, showcasing hands‑on skills in advanced fabrication techniques.
