Fabrication Press Brake Operator

Description: We are looking for a fabrication press brake operator for our busy HVAC company. This position is operating a fabrication press brake machine, CNC machine and more to produce a variety of parts which must meet dimensional specification of mechanical engineering drawings. Schedule

Swing: 3:15pm-1:45am Mon-Thurs (plus 10% differential pay)

Responsibilities

Operate press brake and other CNC machinery in the fabrication department.

Input and adjust data using CNC controller.

Adjust ram and back gauge per process control instructions and drawings.

Perform advanced programming on the press brake.

Program CNC to produce new parts to specifications.

Conduct operator-level maintenance.

Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.

Select appropriate punches and dies based on material type and thickness.
