Job Description
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-first environment? Williams is hiring a Fabricator/Welder at our Plumbing Prefabrication Shop in Belgrade, MT. You'll help assemble and prepare piping systems that power our plumbing and construction projects - all while gaining valuable experience and working with a great crew.
Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’ll train you!
What You’ll Do:
+ Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret fabrication spools and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble piping materials using hand and power tools. Tasks can include assistance welding for custom fabrication and heavy equipment repair.
+ Joining Techniques: Join piping components using soldering, brazing, welding, and fusion methods to ensure strong, reliable connections.
+ Quality & Equipment: Inspect finished work...
