Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director /Contracts Director your primary responsibility will be taking full ownership of the façade, brickwork, and roofing packages.
Main Responsibilities
- You will co-ordinate and manage the façade elements of projects.
- Experience taking full ownership of the façade, brickwork, curtain walling, structural framed sections, external render system, stone cladding, and roofing packages.
- Ordering of materials for labour only sub-contractors
- Organising/coordinating access arrangements for working at height e.g. scaffolding and or mast climbers
- Carry out quality assurance inspections in line with company protocol
- Experience managing sub-contractors.
- Any other duties as required by management.
Education/Experience
- You must have worked on major schemes in offices, residential, hotels or mixed-use schemes.
