Responsibilities
- Storage labelling administration and logistic of documents
- Assist properties department in arranging for building maintenance works
- Coordination between clients, owners and defects team for defects management
- Answering of defects, maintenance and/or customer service hotline
- Stationery administration and management, including purchasing of stationery
- Other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager
