Develop and manage Facilities capital plans to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of infrastructure supporting Technology Development (TD), High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM), and non-manufacturing buildings. Partner with Finance, Operations, Design, Construction, and Global Facilities to prioritize projects, prepare business cases, and maintain governance through CALM/CAPAP and related processes. Build and maintain the capital project portfolio, present monthly funding requests to executive leadership.
