Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Activities include PM’s to HVAC systems, compressed air systems, fire protection, electrical, sewer, water and natural gas services.
Supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.
Prepares work schedules and gives work assignments to subordinates.
Directs workers engaged in major painting projects; performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings;
Maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems.
Supervises workers engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment.
Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies and inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
