Facilities Engineer: Drive Community Operations & Upgrades

Deyaar Development in Dubai seeks a Facilities Engineer responsible for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of community facilities. The ideal candidate will develop preventive maintenance programs, conduct inspections, and assist management in capital improvement projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering or Facilities Management and 4-5 years of experience in facilities and community management. Candidates should have expertise in both Hard/Soft Maintenance as well as MEP.
