Facilities Lead
Location: John Ruskin College - Croydon, East Surrey College - Redhill
Job Type: Support – Established (salaried)
Salary: Up to £37,080 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
We are currently seeking to appoint two inspirational and enthusiastic Facilities Leads to work in our Facilities department across both Colleges in Redhill and Selsdon.
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of first‑class facilities for students and staff, providing a safe, secure environment for students, staff and visitors. The role requires specialist multi‑skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting and decorating.
The Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by delivering a prompt and competent repair and maintenance service. Due to the nature of this role there may be a requirement at times to work outdoors in all weathers.
